youtube problem

when i go on to youtube i cant pause when i want. i click on the pause button and on the screen to get it to work but it doesnt. and if some how i do get it to pause, it wont play again...
this only happens when im in Ubuntu, any ideas?

I see this problem when the flash plugin is waiting for content. That is, when it reaches the end of the content that has downloaded so far, it freezes until more content downloads. While in this state, you can't do anything at all with it. As soon as more content downloads, the player works again.

but even if there is still playable video it freezes. its still playing when i try to pause it...

it was a firefox plugin from a add-on window

- first remove flash than
- re-install it by the main website
