Hiding unmounted volumes and mounting volumes permanently in Ubuntu 10.10

Hello,
I have Ubuntu 10.10 installed in dual boot alongside Windows 7 in my eee pc. Windows 7 creates a System Restore partition which I will never need to mount in Ubuntu. How can I hide it?
On the other hand, I would like my Windows 7 partition permanently mounted because I need to access files in that volume quite often. How do I go about that?
