Ok, i had a bit of a problem with ubuntu 10.10 when i was installing it and now it is back.
I was getting a black screen when i booted from the USB when installing. I got it to work and installed it fine and was able to mess around with my settings and update my labtop to get the firmware for everything. Now for some reason i am getting the black screen at boot again. This time the only thing i can see before i hear the ubuntu music is my computers bios choosing the boot option. Nothing in between is shown.
My specks are as follow:
Dell Inspiron 1501
AMD Turion 64 1.8 GHz
2 gig ram
ATI Radeon Xpress 1150
