problems with ebay on google chrome

hiii every1.

When im trying to upload items onto ebay it says i cant because i havnt ticked the paypal option, but there isnt an option too do this,

I no its not an ebay or GC problem as i use it on my office pc and works fine only seems to be on my laptop since switching to ubuntu.

Any ideas?
