Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 32 bit Live CD unable to detect windos XP OS and Drives

I m trying to install Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 32 bit (Dual Boot) , but its not detecting Xp OS and the drives. Instead it shows complete hard disk in one section.
