Dear all,
I am a newbie to Linux, I have been trying to install a "wija`s" messenger on UBUNTU 12.04 . but i am unable to continue with installation due to error that i have been receiving. I have attached a couple of screen shoots to give clue of what i have done so far.

I am looking to get a feedback and faultfinding of what i have done wrong, please forward clear instruction on what it should be done to install "wija`s"
