Install Belkin F6d4050

Hello

I recently puirchased a belkin f6d4050 usb wireless adapter for ubuntu 8.04. To no avail, I have not go it working. Can anyone please walk me thoruhg the installation process. I am new to ubuntu and need help. Thanks. I have the driver cd that came with the drive if that helps. I have also install ndiswrapper already. Thanks.
